Bingham was surprised bt a Pay It Forward award when she arrived at the St. Paul Senior Center in Belleville, where Bingham served as director of nursing.

Since it’s founding, The Ogles Watch Neighborhood Association has grown into a community organization that sponsors 5k runs, food drives, blood drives, school donations, and much more. Thanks to the work of Ogles Watch Neighborhood Association, The Ogles Neighborhood has gained popularity among home buyers, young and old, and is now one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Belleville.
